Programme:
Everyone is welcome on our weekend away.
During the weekend we aim to:
- Provide a time of rest and relaxation with a mixture of fun activities for all ages including a children’s programme
- Family friendly activities and opportunities to enjoy the Bournemouth coastline.
- Rekindle our passion for God, deepening our spiritual journey through worship, prayer and reflection inspired by the tranquil beauty of the seaside
- Gathering and strengthening the bonds within our church family, through shared experiences and fellowship
You will be staying in an amazing, accessible, assistance dog friendly hotel. Set in a wonderful location, near the beach, edging the beautiful Dorset coastline. Need some more information? Why not speak to someone who came last time in 2023.
The Costs
- Adults £210.00 per person for the 2-night stay which includes dinner, bed and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
- Children 5-10 - £85.00 per child for the 2-night stay sharing a room with 2 full paying adults
- Children 11-15 - £120.00 per child for the 2-night stay sharing a room with 2 full paying adults
- Children 0-4 – free of charge sharing a room with 2 full paying adults
- Children aged 16+ charged as per adult rate
- Single occupancy supplement of a double/twin room £20.00 per room, per night
- Sea view supplement £20.00 & Sea view balcony supplement £25.00 per room, per night
There is provision for day visitors – please let us know if you would like to explore this option.
Booking
Please complete the paper booking form or the online form below. You will then need to pay a deposit of £90 per adult. There are options of making payments in stages:
- 2nd instalment of £60 by 31st October,
- 3rd instalment of £60 by 30th November
Final balance due by 31st January 2025
Financial Assistance
There is a discretionary subsidy available for those whose budget makes attending difficult.
Maybe you would like to sponsor the attendance of another parishioner, friend or relative who you know would benefit.
